It has come to our attention that there may be a potential problem with a batch of U Bolts used on leaf spring axles. Some U bolts have demonstrated a tendency to snap under pressure. We have isolated the potential problem to a limited number of chassis, your chassis has been identified as one that may have a problem.

The suspect U bolts can be identified by rubbing the paint off the U bolt with thinners or undoing one nut to see the colour of the U bolt. 

If the U bolt is gold in colour, then no problem. 
If the U bolt is a grey metal colour, then it should be changed. You can arrange a replacement at the nearest service centre, with ARV Chassis covering all costs involved. 

This only affects chassis built from February 2022.

This is a precautionary step by ARV Chassis to avoid any possible problems occurring. ARV chassis will provide replacement U bolts and cover all fitting costs.
